Shipping Policies

We've done our best to keep your shipping options straightforward and economical. Where possible, we try to ship by lettermail, which is especially cost effective for international customers. Most of the Strange Aeons line and scenic bases can currently be shipped this way, except for especially large orders. Unfortunately, many of our terrain pieces are too large, and must be shipped by parcel post.

All postal rates are a flat rate per shipment, and are quoted in Canadian dollars. Delivery estimates are very much a "ballpark" figure, and should not be construed as a guarantee. Only Express Post provides a guaranteed delivery time, which can be provided on request.

Currently, the store will default to either Lettermail or Parcel Post, depending on the size of the items you select. If you wish to upgrade to Express, you may select this option at checkout.

For customers residing outside of Canada, please be aware that your shipment may be subject to import taxes, duties, tarriffs etc. These will be specific to your country, so we don't really know a whole lot about them. They are entirely your responsibility to deal with though, and are not included in our shipping charge. Packages are also sometimes opened for search by customs authorities; we try to minimize the incidence of this by clearly marking the package contents.
